Starting this Thursday will begin the records of candidates who want the Democratic nomination for the various posts to be held in the primary election of March 2010.

Sergio Mora, Democratic Party Chairman Webb said that applicants will receive applications for different posts between December 3 and January 4 of next year.

The officer will be available throughout this period to care for those seeking registration as Democratic candidates for the primaries on 2 March 2010, where important posts at stake.

County Judge Commissioners Precinct 2 and 4, Judge of District Court 111, County Clerk, District Clerk and many other positions will be contested in this election.

Mora said that people interested in a position must communicate by telephone (956) 206-0401 or they may even send you an email sergiocmora@gmail.com address, to contact as soon as possible. They can also consult the website of the Democratic Party in which even www.txdemocrats.org can download the form for registration. Another option is to look at the site of the Secretary of State of Texas.

Mora said that a number of requirements in each of the posts where they want to record and some positions also require payment of a fee or its equivalent in the total signatures of registered voters.

He further stated that on January 4, the last day for registration, applicants will attend all day in the boardroom 1A on the first floor of the county in 1110 Washington.

Also ordered to register people who are interested in being precinct chairs as these are key positions within the Democratic Party for a more efficient electoral process.
